May Rose Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Agreement: By booking our cleaning services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made in advance through our website or via phone. Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made securely through our online payment portal. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  4. Access to Property: It is your responsibility to provide our cleaning team with access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is denied, a cancellation fee may apply.

  5. Safety and Security: Our cleaning team will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your property. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during the cleaning process.

  6. Cleaning Supplies: We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have specific preferences or requirements, please notify us in advance.

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to deliver the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

  8. Upon the completion of each job, a thorough walkthrough will be conducted to ensure that the work meets the client's standards. Should any issues be identified after our departure, clients have a 48-hour window to request a follow-up visit for any necessary touch-ups.

  9. Additionally, every completed job will be photographed for our records and may also be used for promotional purposes.

  10. Liability: May Rose Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of negligence or misuse of our services.

  11. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

  12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: May Rose Cleaning Service reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.

  13. Any invoice that remains unpaid past two weeks from the due date will incur an additional fee equal to 50% of the total invoice amount. If payment is not received and we are compelled to pursue legal action, we will add 100% of the original invoice amount plus all associated court fees to the outstanding balance.
